To sustain this commitment, the requirements are comprehensively mentioned in the document of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System of OHSAS 18001:2007.
This policy is documented, implemented, maintained, and communicated at all levels within the company and is available to the public for their interest.
ENVIRONMENT POLICY
We believe that a safe and healthy working environment is the right of every employee. Hatris Instruments is committed to maintaining and continuously improving the Health, Safety & Environmental conditions through the adoption of the Health, Safety & Environmental Management System.
HIRING POLICY
It is the policy of Hatris Instruments that the HR department will hire the appropriate person as per the vacant job specifications without any gender discrimination. All applications will be treated according to their qualifications and job requirements on a merit basis.
Moreover, the HR department will hire employees by utilizing all possible means such as advertising in newspapers, chamber notice boards, factory notice boards, banners on roads, and the company website.
CHILD LABOR POLICY
Hatris Instruments has developed this policy by considering and implementing it in light of ILO Conventions 138 & 182, already ratified by the Government of Pakistan. Children equal to or below the age of 15 years are not allowed to work inside factory premises or any of its workplaces or manufacturing processes under any circumstances.
